PROFILE OF ALHAJI SANI ZANGON DAURA (CHAIRMAN GOVERNING BOARD)
The Chairman, Governing Board of Al-Qalam University Katsina, Alhaji Sani Zangon Daura was born in 1938 at Zangon Daura in Katsina State.
He started his elementary education in 1944 before he proceeded to Katsina Middle School from 1948 to 1952 and then school for Arabic Studies, Kano from 1953 to 1957.

Immediately after he graduated from the school for Arabic Studies Kano, Alhaji Sani Zangon Daura was employed as a teacher and posted to Daura Central Elementary School. He was also a teacher at Daura Senior Primary School and later at Dutsinma Senior Primary School before he moved on to take appointment with his alma mater, the School of Arabic Studies, Kano also as a teacher in 1959.
